Recipe

Step 1 Take pancake mix and add milk/water to form batter.

Step 2 Make it lump free and adjust consistency like that of idli batter.

Step 3 Heat pan and brush a little ghee or butter.

Step 4 Put small ladleful batter and do not spread like dosa. Just pour.

Step 5 Cook on both sides and serve.

Step 6 Pancakes will be mildly sweet. Can add honey, dates syrup for additional sweetness.

Age recommendation :

Can be given to all ages above 12 months.

Storage and Self Life : All products are FRESHLY prepared only after the order is placed. The shelf life is 2 months from the Date of Manufacture.
